an update on my life...
1) stopped smoking : its been about 2 weeks with no smoking
2) gym membership : i go everyday and work out. i have never felt better
3) eating healthy : i havent drank and pop ...

if you cant tell...that is brand new. It was by far the best concert I have ever seen. And it was great going with my best friends. peace =)...
