My name is Drayton and I absolutely love prime meat! I'm a small business owner, I run my own catering service. I've won several chilli cook-offs and was voted best caterer in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for 1983-86.I also look after my two younger brothers, who are both coonshits. We butcher the animals ourselves; we come from a long and proud line of butchers and slaughterers. My grandfather used to be the number one killer for the Atlas Rendering Company, before they went for automation. He can still swing a hammer with the best of em, ol Grampa.
