About Me

I don't feel like making an elaborate autobiography. However, the previous "about me" section was extremely outdated. So, a little update: I live in Colorado Springs now where I am a teacher. I live in an apartment with one of my bestests from college. I am experiencing a true Colorado experience as i was recently stuck in a giant blizzard- ask for more on that story. I think I am extremely laid back person, who truly DISLIKES drama. I'm all about validating people's feelings, but you gotta handle those feelings maturely...mmkay (Dr. Phil should totally have me on his show or something) I love playing sports. I played softball in college and recently started playing competetive volleyball again and I LOVE it! I also LOVE tennis and frisby, and pretty much everything. My biggest goal in life is to love people the way God intended--the way Jesus did--selflessly, sacrificially, and passionately-- A few other life goals: Learn to play the piano, bowl a perfect score, travel to every continent, and be a sportscaster for a Seattle Mariners baseball game.
You scored as Emergent/Postmodern. You are Emergent/Postmodern in your theology. You feel alienated from older forms of church, you don't think they connect to modern culture very well. No one knows the whole truth about God, and we have much to learn from each other, and so learning takes place in dialogue. Evangelism should take place in relationships rather than through crusades and altar-calls. People are interested in spirituality and want to ask questions, so the church should help them to do this.
