ACTH and FACT have been championing the best new music around for some time now, the former through their various club nights, the latter via the inky pages of their bi-monthly music mag. They clearly kinda love each other a bit, so it seemed only natural that the two would eventually come together to create something special for the newly–opened Amersham Arms, one of the most exciting new venues to open in London for a very long while.
That something special is called We Were There, a natural extension of what ACTH and FACT do best – bringing together exciting new talent and diverse musical flavours under one roof to satiate the rampant desires of a clued-up crowd who are just as passionate about musical innovation as they are - and then jumping up and down to it, with drink in hand, of course.
