This is the official myspace page of the new internet based record label/ promotions company called Strength In Numbers Productions, LLC and Strength In Numbers Recordings, LLC. Our Mission statement is that Integrity drives the music, which drives the bands. Integrity is what we were founded on and what we WILL keep intact. Most record companies now a days are a scam unless you are a "top 40" or "pop" artist who sells their souls to try to make a buck. This is just WRONG!!!! My name is Ed and I have been in the music business for 20+ years and I have seen bands come and go. I have had friends bands make it to a status of legend and still, because of the music they play are not being compensated the way they should. They are one of the biggest names in the Metal scene today and they still tour in a van and trailer. This has to stop!! Strength In Numbers Productions, LLC was founded in order to give the bands an opportunity to be heard. It is based on a simple principle that hardcore was also founded on, there is STRENGTH IN UNITY and by achieving unity numbers grow large and are able to take over/take back what is rightfully theirs, aka the music scene. This is why we have chosen this name and this why we truly believe the time has come for a change in the music business.What we want to offer to bands is the opportunity to promote themselves under a label and at the same time have them make money from their sales as well as keep the artist integrity in tact. There is NO touring requirements that you need to meet, there is no set time that you need to produce your record, etc. This label is for the bands to grow the scene and survive while doing so.Now this being said, touring is up to a band and you can only grow more by playing to more people. You can only grow your name more by putting it in front of more people and this is where we come in.We are currently looking for bands in the Punk, Metal, Hardcore, Death Metal, Grindcore, Emo, Hair Metal, Screamo, etc. etc. to join our family. Compliations will be put out once a quarter to showcase the newest talent on SIN Recordings at no cost to the bands. This is the way the "music industry" was supposed to work and somehow greedy corporate scumbages have changed it.
