hmmm... where to start? languages are a budding interest of mine, and probably where i'm headed professionally. i like plants... horticulture perhaps? in any case, i live in a veritable jungle... and my garden is the envy of all the grannies in my community plot ;) i can entertain myself for hours with a bike, a camera and some climbing shoes... call that "urbex" if you will. i like to eat (no really, i mean a lot). and because of what i like to eat, i think i was probably born on the wrong continent. i swim. i travel. i enjoy solitude as much (if not more) than groups of groovy people. etcetera etcetera etcetera...

in general, i like my music funky. i'm partial (but definitely not limited) to the electronic variety, from breaks - house - techno (not too bangy, mind you) ESPECIALLY if it's got an electro feel. i'll chill with a good dnb set too, although it's not really my choice accompaniment for a night out. hiphop, jazz, folk, chamber music... it's alll good.
hollywood garbage for when i need to shut my brain off. canadian cinema is the cat's meow. documentaries, foreign films, porn... ;) whatever, if it's good, i'll watch it. maybe twice.
don't really watch it... regular programming, anyway. i'll go get dvd compilations of the stuff i like (family guy, king of the hill, simpsons, 6ft under, sex and the city...). i'm a reality tv virgin. i'm saving myself for...ever.
hmmm... the area around my bed is littered with language reference books. i just got a french-spanish dictionary that i'm probably a bit *too* excited about... i think the last novel i read was something by margaret atwood.... edible woman maybe?
