Concert Corps

About Me

Dedicated to organizing and implementing powerful community service projects for nationally-touring artists and their fans, Concert Corps events strengthen City Year's mission of building democracy through citizen service, civic leadership, and social entrepreneurship. Since its founding in September 2005, this pilot program has partnered with such acts as The String Cheese Incident, Jason Mraz, Braddigan, and Reverb’s 2006 Campus Consciousness Tour featuring Guster. A corps-driven initiative now based at both City Year New Hampshire and City Year Boston, the Concert Corps became the recipient of the Granite State's first Bill & Hillary Clinton Innovation Award in January 2006.
