About Me

BJCatering is Milwaukee's Premier Black Owned Catering company. We specialize in healthy food options with a soulful twist. BJCatering was the 12th catering company licensed in the city of Milwaukee. Originally incorporated in 1981, BJCatering specialized in institutional catering. On any given morning anywhere from 850 to 1,375 meals left the kitchen prior to 10:00am.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~That was then, this is now...BJCatering still remains true to our roots of Institutional Catering. These roots have helped us to produce some excellent fruit. We have branched into the private sector of the industry and have recognized several key markets. Our first focus is on Corporate Catering. We provide businesses with BJC Complete Lunches during meetings, trainings, staffings, etc. Efficiency is the cornerstone of a BJC Complete Lunch. Our clients appreciate our punctuality as well as the fluidity of a meal catered by BJC Corporate Catering. Secondly at BJCatering we focus on Special Event Catering. These would be the most traditional events that we cater. Special Events such as weddings, funerals, political lunches/dinners, graduations, etc. At BJC we really enjoy Special Event Catering because it is so close to our roots of Institutional Catering. The creativity at Special Events is where we get to show off some of our culinary skills to our clients and their guests. The food appeals to the pallette as well as the eye. The third focus at BJCatering is on Intimate Catering. What is Intimate Catering, is the obvious first question. At BJC we consider Intimate Catering to be anything under 30 people. In the past these have been birthdays, baby showers, batchelor/batchelorette parties etc. These events are usually held in our client's home, thus the name Intimate Catering. This is where we are today at BJC. We can accomadate your catering needs today! Contact Wesley at [email protected]
