Vicky Ray Kowal! She was brutally stabbed to death on June 17, 2006 in an alley while walking home from a job interview. She was not harming anyone. She was minding her business and trying to find a job and out of no where some psycho path stabbed her! There isn't a day that goes by that my family doesn't hurt from this. My cousins lost a beautiful sister, my Aunt and Uncle lost a beautiful daughter. Why? Why be violent against another human. We need to do our part to educate others and stop violence! Stop the murders that are so senseless and cruel! Vicky will never marry, she will never give birth, she will never see her dreams through. All because some idiot was having a bad day?
