Everyone that is working from their heart.I'm too old at 100! to worry about the rich and famous, the glory kids and those who are only thinking about themselves, I leave that to the Ego and that's ok because without a little bit of ego we wouldn't even get out of bed in the morning to start the day. There are those I have admired, the list is endless and most would not even be known, they were or are the quiet ones who do much and ask little, they are true to their path and seldom leave footprints for others to follow. In other terms and for other reasons and not for what people would think but just to know, talk to and discuss their lives as ~ a Wall that listens and whose reflection bounces back ~ I would like to know the God or the God-Head that we all have our own individual concepts of and to see how much of my blend and that energy are One.I would like to meet the Dali Lama - to understand the things I have quested from that young child I once was about this energy that I feel I instinctively know and to feel the presence of that soul and to look into his eyes with my presumed innocence. To have a chat to the late John Entwistle again, this time without the fragrance of separation, just walking with the dogs out of sight of hanging fish in a bass-stacked bar at Quarwood on Stow Hill in the Cotswolds where we both used to live. To ask him of his journey since going home and to remind him I still have his boots and they fit, and did Lisa make the meeting and are Mooney and he still holding the rhythm and was that thunder I heard in the skies his new bass rig! (John Entwistle late bass guitarist with The Who - passed 2002)Cheech & Chong for the laughter they gave me and wishing they would make another - in innocence and I still love Tommy Chong & family's ~ Far Out Man ~ truly Far Out even though Cheech made only a cameo role in it.Dennis Hopper for Easy Ryder and for the follow up Flashback giving me hope that beauty is all around and we can all move on and be able to look back knowing the way ahead can be whatever you want it to be.The Queen and Charles at the level where there are no fronts, no protocol just people sharing what they ~really~ feel, warts and all because whether we are born to be a King or Queen (with all that responsibility and limited life no matter what we all think - very little of their day is theirs) or a Pauper we are still the same.Nelson Mandela for the soul he is and the life-journey he agreed to this time around. We so closely missed meeting him when we were in South Africa in 1998 and we were invited to Groote Schuur, Cecil Rhodes house in Cape Town on invitation of Francoise, the previous butler to recent presidents there. Had he been home we would have had that opportunity, a week later we almost certainly would have met him, such is life!John Lennon - of all those who say what were you doing when say JFK died, I can't remember, of other people around the world only Diana for her touch that moved the Heart of the World and the feeling especially with the work I was doing that week recording Heron's 30th Anniversary Album in Devon and the journey home. But John Lennon - a different energy, one that probably did and still is laughing at the effect he had on the world and all these years later still is in an inverted way ~Power To The People~/~Give Peace A Chance~/~Imagine~ and of course his alignment with Sir Paul McCartney and the, whichever way written music that formed and assisted in the transformation of our modern times.Handel for his Water Music which helped me with my time at college and our perceived romance with centuries gone by.The Sages throughout time of which there are too many to name.Steve Jobs for Apple Mac - for the invention of a single minded personal computer that still leads the world in appearance, reliability and for my music. Steve if you read this get in touch, you need to get your firm to realize that you have the widest data base of the most supportive pc customers in the world which put the other side to shame - let your staff and managers wake up to that fact and get them to listen to the Mac family out there and what it is they need - remember we pay a lot more for being a family member!Bill Gates for what he's doing for whatever reason now funding money back to those that need it, at the end of days not one single person can take anything back with them - so we all need to look after each other - once we realize that there will never need to be another War nor another Power Person overpowering another person.I'm sure there will be many others as the future unfolds, oh, finally to re-meet John Penfold who I grew up with and his gypsy family who were also my family in those young years.
