About Me

London born...I found my focus during my early twenties, no not the 1920s...college then university I went on to obtain my degree in politics and then race & ethnic relations. These helped me appreciate the struggle and the system here and abroad and the need to believe and help today’s young people and challenge perceptions. My experience at university (along with the certificates), has led me to a position where I have a keen interest in politics both here and abroad. So much so I went on to take part in the first Magistrate shadowing scheme established by OBV, which lasted 6 months, and some time later go on to stand as a candidate in the local elections in Lambeth. All brilliant! Now after working within local government I see the ever-growing print and internet medium as the ideal opportunity to share points of view as well as see what the issues are for those elsewhere. I have had articles published on various websites - Pure Jam & BLINK and recently had a article published in the New Nation. So from time to time I will share my thoughts on various issues, which have provoked me in some way....I edited my profile with Thomas Myspace Editor V4.4 (www.strikefile.com/myspace)
