Many have heard of the legendary group "The Inklings", primarily a group of authors and creative persons that met at the Eagle and Child pub. Members of renown included C.S. Lewis and J.R.R. Tolkein, two people who fed off each other's creativity to create the great works we know them for today.
This group, the Inklings Unchained, is more than an imitation of the original Inklings. As the name implies, our aim is to pull creative people together and unchain them. We seek to have our shared creative spirit unleashed and empowered by sharing our works, whatever they be:
Visual Art
Music
Poetry
Prose
Dance
Or any other creative endeavor!
We also seek to help promote each other as creative people, to support each other's growth and expansion. Whenever we share our art with the rest of the world, we shall do so as part of the IU, so that all the others in the group shall be raised and given that exposure as well. In this way we hope to grow each other.
