Propone brani che spaziano dal blues al southern-rock, la Nasty Granny’s Blues Band (la blues band della “Nonnaccia”) è un gruppo di recente formazione attivo nel milanese. Con Roberto “Dr. Blues” Comolli, voce e chitarra, Maurizio Grosso al piano, Tommaso Pedriali al basso e Claudio Crippa alla batteria, è formata da musicisti che hanno le più diverse esperienze ed origini musicali. La Nasty Granny’s Blues Band ha un repertorio di cover arrangiate in modo personale (dai Lynyrd Skynyrd agli ZZ Top, da Stevie Ray Vaughan agli Allman Brothers, da Buddy Guy ad Albert Collins) e di brani originali sempre ispirati al blues.
From blues to southern-rock, Nasty Granny’s Blues Band (the “nasty old grand-mother” blues band – see picture) has been recently founded in Milan. Featuring Roberto “Dr. Blues” Comolli, guitar and vocals, Maurizio Grosso piano, Tommaso Pedriali bass guitar and Claudio Crippa on drums, the band has musicians with many different musical experiences. Nasty Granny’s Blues Band plays songs from Lynyrd Skynyrd, ZZ Top, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Allman Brothers and many more as well as original songs.
