I'd like to meet:
It’s all about waking up every morning and having oatmeal with a banana, having ur vitamins of course a cup of water. Then looking forward to that mooring snack and then lunch and then a snack and then finally the show happens. I walk into the gym im focused ready to go. Get angry at the weight and just throw it up. Come home eat a big ass meal and right before u go to sleep u have a protein shake. To then feel ur body go into recovery during that 8 hour sleep. Then u wake up and do it all over again till ur big ass fuck.
