ABOUT SAM AND LEA
Sam Ramm (18) and Leanne Faulkner (19) were both born on August 29th with the passion to act and present. Having only met in May 2007 after landing a part in a music video filmed in North London, Sam and Leanne built a very strong friendship that has lasted ever since.
Sam has continued to build her CV/Showreel having been involved in a list of many TV and film productions. Leanne has also been involved in some of the same things as Sam, having being able to work together again! (Feature film Angus Thongs and Perfect Snogging, and a commercial for MTV/The Body shop 'Get Lippy').
Leanne is planning to move back to New Zealand for 6 months or so, where she lived when she was younger, in the hope to kick start her career in acting. Sam has been asked to go there with her, however England is the place she wants to be and hopes to continue to get more work within the industry here.
ABOUT SAM AND LEA ON TV
Sam and Lea have been planning their new web based show 'Sam and Lea on TV' for a year since January 2008. They delayed working on this due to other work commitments, however they are now ready to start the show, and plan to film the pilot and first show in January/Febuary 2009.
The show is based on the girls interviewing people in the entertainment indursty including singers,bands,dancers, and actors. They will be interviewing well known acts but also up and coming people, to give them the opportunity to stand out and get more noticed. For example the show will give singers the chance to speak about who they are and what they do in a fun entertaining interview, followed by a live performance of one of their own songs.
