About Me

hello! we've just finished recording a new 5-track CD, a track from which has just been put online, it's called 'hooves'. We've also got another song, 'for the burn of breath', online, taken from a split cassette that never happened. you can download our part of that long-lost split here:
http://www.media-uk.net/therigidsky
our most recent ( ie finished ) cd:
let me shipwreck in your thighs
a cowboy in the seven-day-a-week fight
ox rhomboid
guts rhomboid
patrick stewart

our first cd as a three-piece:
tea
dark town sally
hills and a precipice
art malik
pine teeth

and finally our first release - we don't haphazardly slap it onto a disc any longer, so if you want it just send us a message and we'll e-mail it to you:
ep eins
dr sullivan's secret recipe
tracing contrails
pilots
schlafen dicht parasit

If you want to get hold of these CDs just send us a message, head over to HR Records , or come to one of our shows!
Check out the HR Records page for some other bands we're in / we like.
All of our CD artwork was created by Mark Lock - the pictures above don't do it justice, it's amazing. Each CD is handmade and slightly different from the others, and they all look awesome. Woop!
The killa beez who's helped us out / supported us / played with us ( sorry if we've forgotten you - wear a brighter t-shirt next time ):
Our families, Chris Owen, Gem, Liam, Mark, Andrea, Mambo, Spanish D, Alex Nizlaa, Treadders, Dan Miles, Rob C, Steve R, Andy W, Simon 'Cock' Ralph, Lee Nutland, Rich Wiseman, Colin M, Ben H, Joe Hall; Jonny, Mark and Jem from Zoo Logic; 'them five wankas' from Seven and Thirteen; anyone who's ever bought or listened to one of our cds; Carlo from Mexico for giving us hope that somewhere out there people actually give a shit; Cypress Hill for the good times... I'll update this if I remember anyone else. Or it might just disappear one day. Who knows.

’tumbleweed’

Felt like saying something about a situation that's got a bit silly. A local band, named in the subject of this blog, seem to have a problem with us. I think it's uncessary. I'm fully confident that a...
