Grew up in a family of drummers it was obvious for me to become one. although i began with percussion...tried a little trompet..and failed to become a hardrockguitarshredder..hahaha ..I
I started playing the drums at the age of 6 or 7...just listened to the soul jazzrock fusion records from my father and older brother Ejam. Steve Gadd was my first inspiration...although i must admit it was Edwin Rutten aka Ome Willem was the first drummer I admired. :)

I tried several instruments but didn't have the patience to study a NEW instrument ...
So I put the music aside.

When I was 17 or 18 I began drumming again ..becoz thats where my heart is. ..I began takin some drumclasses but again..i didn t have the patience I just wanted to perform!

So i did
