My Government name is Clifford. I'm a young dude still in high school trying my hand at this rapping thing. I have always been interested in music since day one I would always listen to what my dad had playing such as Bob Marley, Michael Jackson, and other reggae and r&b acts he grew up listening to. But when I first got interested into the genre of rap around the age of 6 when i had to live with my moms friend for a summer who was like a grandma to me. It was when she would have her grandchildren babysit me who i felt were like older brother and sisters to me who were about 12 and 15 at the time. All I heard in their house was rap and r&b music. Then sometime later Bow Wow hit the rap scene and he was 13 which further my interest to the genre and me my friends would be at daycare singing the song whats my name and other popular hip hop hits of the time. Bow Wow being all over BET and MTV with his debut single got me to buy his debut album Beware of the Dog album which was the first album i bought. Then came Jay-z with H to the Izzo which was fire and still is and dude that babysit me had the the blueprint album and would always being playing it especially the song renegade . So i had to cop that which was 2nd album i bought then it became official i was a hip hop head. Listening to the child acts of the time Bow Wow and Romeo and Greats such as Jay-z and Eminem. Then at daycare with the talks of these child acts making it such as Romeo and Bow Wow sparked interest in me of trying to make it but i didn't even rap or start trying to write till the age of 10 but then i stop trying and just went on with life until late 2007 when i was at football practice and heard dude rapping and I was like that didn't rhyme and he was like ok then u spit and I spit some dumb stuff and then a couple months later around December 2007 He asked if i wanted to get on a track with him and told me to write a verse and i was like ok. Then I started toying with the idea of rapping and just spitting until i heard him and his friends on myspace and i was amazed. So In early 2008 decided to take a hand at it and I hooked up with some people and recorded a mixtape called C.R.E.A.M. but it sold well but i didn't really like the music i was spitting on it and i made some of the beats using my computer so the quality wasn't so great and it back lashed. I still get hated till this day for it but its in the past and it inspired me to strive to be the best rapper I can be. So now I'm upgrading everything each time i rap Including my swag and lyrics. This music has taking me through many obstacles but, like Lil Wayne said, "They can't stop me even if they stopped me."I'm a rapper nothing can change that and as a rapper I'm also a reporter bringing u news on the world from money,whats happening in the streets, in the government and females and everything else. So I'm just on this roller coaster ride seeing where it takes hoping to that road being able to put the Leigh Valley on the map cause I'm a product of the Leigh Valley aka The LHV.
