TEEN MAJESTIC was formed in 1994 by Andres Höchli, Michi Hirzel and Reto Vogler in Baden, Switzerland. The Band filled a hand full of MC cassettes with 4-track tunes recorded on bedroom floors and behind basement doors from '94-'96. They recorded their debut "TEEN MAJESTIC" in 1997 with Martin Soehnlein of the late great THE MAN AMPLIFIER on the controlls.
The band played locally in Switzerland, a few shows in Germany and one show in an old peoples home in Sydney, Australia. After Michi moved to Australia in 1998 TEEN MAJESTIC went inactive.
The members went on to form and/or perform in bands such as THE DUKES OF HAZZARD, DUSKERNL, SEA LIFE PARK, SEELENLUFT, and DISCO DOOM.
Maybe there will be some more new T.M. no-fi songs up soon, as e-mails with tunes have started to cross the trans oceanic axis between Switzerland and Australia.
