Ben Willis worked for a resort hotel in the island of Tower Bay, living with his wife Sarah, daughter Susie and son Will. After learning of his wife's infidelity he murdered her and moved his family to the fishing town of Southport, North Carolina. Years later, Susie was killed in an auto accident. The driver, her fiance David Egan, survived. Willis took his revenge on Egan on July 4th, pushing him off a cliff. On the same night when walking home he was accidentally hit by a car. The four teenagers driving decided to dump the man they presumed dead into the ocean, covering up the incident. However, Willis survived the accident and the cover up and began stalking those responsible for it the following July 4th, murdering them with a fish hook. He was eventually stopped by the two surviving teenagers, Julie James and Ray Bronson, and lost his right hand in the process. The next year, Julie James and her friends won a vacation to Tower Bay from a radio station. However, it was a setup by he and his son, Julie's friend Will, to finish off the final two responsible for his accident. Both ended up dying on the island, Will accidentally by his father's hook and Ben being shot by Julie. Ben Willis eventually came back from the dead, killing Ray and Julie in their home.Ben Willis became a legend as the Fisherman who comes to seek revenge for those holding the secret of a death. Years after the initial accident, four teens cover up the true story behind their friend's death. The following July 4th each is stalked by the undead Fisherman and killed one by one.

A group like no other...
Its fair to say that the only way to get through life is with the help and support of friends that you are surrounded by (if your lucky). It is also fair to say that sometimes it is these same friends... Posted by on Mon, 11 Apr 2005 16:31:00 GMT
