I’m David Dyson, a professional musician, composer, arranger, and producer. My career extends back to touring as a musician and musical director for such acts as New Kids on the Block, and Me’Shell Ndegeocello, to recently performing with Kirk Whalum in Barbados, as well as several other world renown artists. Though I’ve released two CD’s of my own, and am featured with many other artists, I’m finding that my passion lies in musical composition for television and motion pictures.

My most recent work has been with the Los Angeles based Producer/Director Donna-Marie Reid of Undeniable Films. She produced and directed a short film that was shot underwater, and needed a composer to complete it. After discussing her needs, I went to work and composed something she was happy with. From there, we've worked on many other projects, to include: Film, Commercials, and soon Web-episodes.

Word of mouth has lead to opportunities with other filmmakers of various genres, most recently a Middle Eastern film where I composed music for a club scene, as well as a commercial for Chanel No.5.
