About Me

ATTENTION: IF YOU HAVE FACEBOOK, ADD ME!!!!My Special Shoutout:To all my friends, frat bros, "lovers", enemies, haters, stalkers (you know who you are or were), the students, professors, faculty, staff, and maintenance at West Virginia State University and to that one dumbass West Virginian probably having sex with his cousin while reading this (Did I forget anyone?? lol):......I would like to thank each and everyone of you all that has guided me towards successfully obtaining my AAS in Meteorology on Sunday, May 21, 2006. Each of you has inspired me to learn about myself and how difficult (don't start, lol) and caring I can be at times. We all have come together during hardships and worked to resolve most issues and built stronger relationships. When I first came to West Virginia in August 2004, I told myself, "Uh oh, you are in Redneck Central!!". Instead, I learned to appreciate all the respectability that was given to me as a became a successful scholar and politician. I realized that most of the stereotypes are untrue in this great state and I am glad that I made the choice to attend a two-year institution in West Virginia. Believe it or not, and don't go repeat this to anyone outloud- it might get to the general public, but I will defend any critical remarks about West Virginians, and I might actually MISS this place.....BROMP... I doubt all that, that's taking it tooooo far, lol.....There--- NO ONE can say I never said anything nice about West Virginia. However, I do have to take a little bit of time to bash you faithful Mountaineer people around here. As most of you are well aware, I have stated numerous times that I could write an entire novel about the things, the people, the situations, the objects, and the sights I have encountered or DID NOT want to encounter. For those issues, I only have my famous words to say about them, "ONLY IN WEST VIRGINIA..." I'm not even going to start on how these people drive or their lack of common sense, lol. I'm just messing with yall..... As I prepare to continue my educational goals and opportunities at another institution, I pray that you all are blessed in all of your future endeavors you wish to pursue. I will always remember everyone in my heart and like I told my fellow meteorological colleagues, I will be back one day with venegence!!! Until then, keep your head up and strive for excellence. GOD BLESS!!!!.....This is meteorologist Dwain Elvin Miller Jr. and I am currently a Junior at Florida State University (doing big things w/ the 3.72 GPA-- Dean`s List). One day, I plan to begin my career dream of obtaining a Ph.D in meteorology!!! (I've had this dream since I was about the age I was in my baby picture in my profile) For those of you who may ask why I chose to become a meteorologist instead of the "usual" careers that most young African-American men my age decide to pursue, it's all about being different with me. I want to become a successful person so that when my life comes to its close and God calls for me to anoint with Him in the Spirit, I want to say that I WILL make an impact on this world before I leave this unstable planet that most of us call home. WATCH OUT!! i might be on television one day so prepare to get excited to see my handsome face in the future, lol....just messing with yall!! If you would like to find out more about me, hit me up on my messengers (SwtNSexyMiller) for AIM, (millerluv316) for Yahoo, or ([email protected]) for MSN.I would really like to meet some individuals from the Civil Rights' Movement that have inspired me to become as focused on my career as I am. Unfortunately, I know this will be unable to take place, however, I can settle with meeting George W. Bush. I'm sorry to all the Republican people out there, but Bush all I have to say is this...... STEP UP and BE A MAN about your responsiblilites as the leader of this country. We are beginning to slowly fall apart as the years pass by and it seems like all you care about is the war overseas. People throughout THIS country are dying from natural disasters (Hurricanes Katrina and Rita) and unemployment rates continue to rise. Worry about THIS country and its problems before you go jump into the affairs of others. Music Video: RIGHT NOW (by John Cena)

My Interests

I am a go-with-the flow, easy-going, laid-back type of person. Ask anybody that knows me around campus here at school and they will tell you I wear University of Virginia slippers to class, when i go to Wal-Mart, to the cafeteria, etc. I don't look for the finest things in life, even though (I'm not going to lie) everyone wants something that's going to at least look decent in their eyes. I enjoy going out with my friends to the clubs (occassionally), watching or playing sports (all except soccer), listening to music (a little bit of everything), reading books, collecting fitted hats (I wear them). Anything else I find to do that interests me is spontaneous.
You Are 24 Years Old

Under 12: You are a kid at heart. You still have an optimistic life view - and you look at the world with awe.

13-19: You are a teenager at heart. You question authority and are still trying to find your place in this world.

20-29: You are a twentysomething at heart. You feel excited about what's to come... love, work, and new experiences.

30-39: You are a thirtysomething at heart. You've had a taste of success and true love, but you want more!

40+: You are a mature adult. You've been through most of the ups and downs of life already. Now you get to sit back and relax. What Age Do You Act?

I'd like to meet:

My heavenly Father, Jesus Christ!!!

Music:

I enjoy all types of music because I don't believe in the stereotypes that a certain music is tied to race. However, I can't really get into Country unless it's something that really catched my attention. Then again, if you want to introduce me to some more music, you are welcomed to burn me some CDs and mail/give them to me. Appreciate it!!!

Movies:

I perfer comedies, drama, action, and scary movies. I'm not into chick flicks, but I could definitely handle sitting through one if I really had to for a friend. You Got Served! is one of my favorite of the recent films because one day I hope I could be that nice of a dancer to hit some moves like that. A have plenty of favorite movies, but I can't remember them all to begin a long list of them, so we'll pretend that I told everyone about them.

Television:

I watch sports and WWE wrestling almost 24/7 whenever I do watch television, which is not often (especially at this ghetto school with no cable installed for you). I also enjoy Jerry Springer, Maury, Blue's Clue's (don't laugh, lol), Scooby Doo, and other television programs.

Books:

The Bible, the Goosebumps collection, anything containing meterology, and many, many more.....

Heroes:

Bless-ed be the name of the Lord, The Lord Is GOOD: ALL THE TIME!!!!"I can do all things through God who strengthens me!!" -Philippians 4:13"For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord." -Romans 6:23"He must increase, but I must decrease." -John 3:30
