Formed from the ashes of the very sexy Pied Cow which died a joyous death in April 2009, the founder members of the group went on to reform as the White Horse in July 2009. Continuing the Cow's quest to promote new, unsigned and local bands every Wednesday night, the all-new White Horse becomes the Rocking Horse. Every week we will showcase 2-3 bands a night, playing their own music with completely free entry.As before we need the support of local bands to get in contact, get down to the Horse and play! More importantly we need the community and fans to come watch the bands and spend lots of money on Beer to make the whole thing worthwhile for everybody. We're now a more acceptable over-16's bar which means we'll be checking ID's but apart from that we'll be completely free every Wednesday (and every other night for that matter!).
