Evangelia has written opera, music theatre, instrumental music, dance, theatre and film music. She has completed a postdoctoral research on music theatre at Humboldt Universität Berlin, and a PhD in Music Composition (exploring notions of theatricality in music), under Tansy Davies and Philip Cashian at Royal Holloway, University of London. She is an Spnm shorlisted composer.Her work has been recently performed by the BBC Singers, EXAUDI, Chroma Ensemble, Damien Harron, Rolf Hind, David Alberman, Stuart King, Danae Stefanou, Nozsferatu Ensemble, Barbirolli Quartet, Matthew Jenkins, Opera of Thessaloniki, Richard Alston Dance Company, Opera Studio Minailo and Tête-à -Tête Opera.
