Alek Burt

I am a 12 year old kid. I got my guitar for Christmas when I was 8 years old in the third grade. Untill I was about 10, I was never interested in acually playing it. I mean, sure I pretended to go along with some of my favorite songs, but I never could really truly play. When I was 11 I ask my mom and dad for guitar lessons at Blue Moon Music. My guitar teacher was Jeff, he was good at playing and a good teacher. I never realized that he was a little too laid back until him and his band had to move therefor leaving me with a new teacher. His name is Will, something about him makes me practice and learn all my scales. He is my current guitar teacher and I found out that he will be moving to California and I will have to get ANOTHER guitar teacher. Hopefully he will be just as good ( or better ) then any of my other ones. Anyway, after all of these events happened I got a little divice that lets me plug my guitar up to the computer and record tracks. Which is how I put music on myspace. So that is pretty much all I have to say about my life as a musician so far.Alek burt 01/28/08
