I enjoy interacting with musicians onstage, driving stick shift cars (and hopefully not burning clutches), live music...(not shitty MTV, but people actually playing and/or singing), socializing, procrastinating, keeping post-it note lists, Great Lakes beer, -- on tap, pizza, beautiful and down-to-earth people (women), motorcycles, really expensive pianos, all other beer except most budweiser products --doesn't deserve capitalization, hanging out, did I mention driving FAST?, artistic and creative THINGS, albums that sound like it took $90,000 to mix and master, strong coffee, true people, etc...
Hank Jones, Chick Corea, Bill Stewart, Brad Mehldau, Herbie Hancock...to name a few. -perhaps a record exec who is sad because his entire "industry" has been crushed. Tears.
There is good music in all styles, and there is BAD music in all styles. I wish we didn't have to categorize (pigeonhole) every album in order to "market" it.
Bourne series - Who Killed the Electric Car - Pulp Fiction - Planet Earth (series) - Fearless (Jet Li)
I no longer watch Television. I have instead put my money into a good internet connection. Though, since I wasn't paying for the cable I had since last November, I suppose I've just given it up. I knew the internet guy would flick-off the free cable. But, it's a good thing.
