Today, we say hello to Dunwoody Academy’s new Science teacher, Ms. Hampton. She comes to us from Minneapolis Public Schools. She will be working as the 9th and 10th grade science teacher. Ms. Hampton has two bachelors degrees from The University Of St. Thomas. One in social studies, K-12, and another for natural science, 7-12. She has worked as a reserve teacher in Minneapolis and St. Paul since 1979. She has a masters degree in curriculum and instruction from St. Cloud State University. Presently, she is working on her K-12 administrative license at the U of M. She has 9 children and is also and adoptive parent. Her children attend Minneapolis Public Schools and Hope Academy Christian School of Minneapolis. We are her network for continued success in espiring young minds for the future. Our mom's most used quote has always been,"Do what you have to do so that later you can do what you want to do." Her gift to education is the students she has/will taught/teach. We enjoyed putting this page together for her since she has done so much for us. Now, you will have an opportunity to give your input by becoming a myspace friend. We hope that you enjoy the music and that it will encourage you to be your best.
