“It is the soldier, not the reporter, Who has given us freedom of the press. It is the soldier, not the poet, Who has given us the freedom of speech. It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, Who has given us the freedom to demonstrate. It is the soldier, Who salutes the flag, Who serves beneath the flag, And whose coffin is draped by the flag, Who allows the protester to burn the flag.â€Author Unknown..

From Go-Quiz.comWelcome to myspace you toolbag! HAHA! I guess this is where I'm supposed to put a bunch of interesting stuff about myself. Well, basically what you see is what you get. I've been told that I have one of the biggest hearts in the world, although I would say that very few have actually experienced this. If I love you, you'll know it, and that's all that matters to me. I may not see or talk to you everyday, but I shouldn't have to for you to know. Sometimes I just need to be by myself and search thru this vast web of weave that is my mind. Either that or I know I'm about to leave for somewhere to do something and it's easier for me deal without emotion. You can blame the Army for that one. I try to keep things as simple as possible, mainly because I don't have the time nor the energy to be surrounded by drama and stupidity. I confuse myself enough and don't need any help in that department. I'm still trying to figure out what and where I wanna be when I grow up, so don't bother asking. I do know, however, that being a soldier is something that I'm not willing to give up just yet. If I had to choose I would def say that it's family tradition that drove me Army. I've been in the Army for 5 years now, currently assigned to the 326th Chem Co as a 92 fox (that's a petroluem supply specialist for those non-military types). My first enlistment ETS is coming up soon, which I'll prolly re-up for another 6 by 2. My unit is like my second family and it's pretty cool having my big brother in the same unit, it makes going away not so hard to swallow. I have zero tolerance for immature idiots that don't support our troops, so don't try to feed me your babble. It doesn't matter if you don't support our president, our country or our wars...soldier's don't make those decisions. Just remember when you lay your head down at night, that you are able to peacefully because of my friends and family. My lifetime goal is to be a wonderful mother and wife. My family means more to me than anything in this world, although we haven't always been close and it's taken us alot to get where we are...and we agrue from time to time, I know they are the only ones I'll get. My mom is my biggest hero. I live each day of my life to it's peak because I've learned the hard way that you never know if you'll get another day or chance."A young man who does not have what it takes to perform military service is not likely to have what it takes to make a living."
