The band formed in the most unlikeliest of places: Naples, Italy. The band started with the two central members, Alfredo Romino and Steven Palmer. At first Steve played guitar as Alfredo played bass and vocals. Soon they found a drummer named Flavio who played one show with them. After the show The Asphixiated and Flavio separated paths. This is when Steve decided to take over on drums. Soon a new guitarist was found, Devin Simpson. They played a Battle of the Bands and won and recorded a demo with Devin. The band took a hiatus as Steve and Devin moved back to the United States. Alfredo currently resides in Naples and will soon be returning to the U.S.
