Atamic, one of the youngest and up coming future representative of Jamaican Dancehall Reggae music has been fully focused and enthusiastic to take a seat on the train of success representing his cultures music otherwise known as 'Bashment' to the fullest.
Born Kamani Ford on January 21, he attended St. Catherine Primary and Jonathan Grant High school while growing up in the rough-and-tumble depressed community of Central Village, Spanish Town.
With education foremost on his mind, the young man also had a strong love for music, particularly deejaying. However, although he started to deejay at the age of 16 as a fun pastime, he focused on college studing computers with the aim of becoming a computer engineer.
It was from as far back as 2003, while attending Lilian Baylis Technology School in London, that Atamic's special love for music began. After listening to an album 'Up 2 Di Time' from one of his icon Adidja Palmer, whos globally known as Vybz Kartel. It was then that Atamic immediately got his mind set on becoming a deejay.
