For over thirty years Eric Lambert of Lowell, Indiana has been writing music,playing guitar,singing and performing on stage. Lambert presents an eclectic blend of blues and rock,bluegrass and country,folk and jazz and beautiful improvisation. He flows from style to style with an uncanny ease and smoothness.Lambert’s own creative output reflects the influence of a wide range of artists including The Allman Brothers, Grateful Dead, Bill Monroe, Flatt and Scruggs,Tony Rice, Doc Watson, and the three Kings of the blues, B.B., Albert, and Freddie.Music lovers with broadband tastes will find much to enjoy in Lambert's enthusiastic approach, fueled by his genuine love and deep respect for all walks of traditional Acoustic Americana music.Lambert has an adventurous spirit, which has driven him into a variety of projects.His musicianship has been featured on radio and television,on recording projects by other artists,and on Lambert's own CD's,released on his own Woodpicker Music label.This same spirit has lead him to tour extensively throughout the United States, Ireland, Switzerland, Germany, the United Kingdom, Canada and Mexico with Virgil Kane, a country/country rock band, The Tar Heels,an old time guitar fiddle duet,Rounder recording artists Big Shoulders, a Blues/R&B/ Cajun ensemble and Mercury & Columbia recording artists Heartsfield.Lambert has also spent many years presenting shows as a solo performer.Lambert spent 2008 playing guitar and singing for the national and international touring bluegrass, Americana artist Valerie Smith & Liberty Pike and is back on the road in 2009 as a solo performer.View Eric Lambert's EPK
