Husband, Father, Piercer, DJ. Pretty much in that order. Although I wasn't always a husband or a father, that stuff is pretty recent. I have been piercing since about '93 / '94. I apprenticed with Jeri Metzler at Spear of Shiva in my home town of Fresno for around three and a half years. My First professional jobs were in Las Vegas at a spot called Diversity. It was a tattoo, body piercing,head shop, clothing store, skate shop, what ever the fuck kind a place. Made a shit load of money there. High tourist area, and the like from locals, that shit was crazy, sixty piercings a day plus in the summer. It was my first job out and I over did it major. Then it was to Los Angeles where I worked at places like Body Electric on Melrose, Psycho City in Lancaster, Ink Freaks on Hollywood, Hollywood Tattoo on the same street. Plus there is a lot of other spots I wouldn't want to mention from Venice Beach to Pasadena, Inglewood, and South Central Los Angeles. Now I am back home in Fresno, working at one of the best shops in town, Redwave. The artists are good, and the floor is clean. I am there after 6:30 on weekdays, 12:00 to 10:00pm weekends.
