BORN OPTIMIST- 3 lingual ( Fluent-in GERMAN- SPANISH- ENGLISH) based on my Technical background and a bit of experience, always seeking for improvements! Semi retired dedicating his Time as a Director- Trustee,for the better of our Humanitarian Foundations ( "JUST CAUSE FOUNDATION,Inc."& "JUST CAUSE GLOBAL, Inc.","ST.MICHAELS GARDEN TRUST-GP","TOTAL PROFIT,Inc.",which are always in great needs of Liquidity to support our ungoing Projects,if you want to pitch in we would be most appreciate, anybody honest is welcome to such, which are concentrated of creating Self-Sustaining Communities, based on the simple old principal "DON'T FEED THE MEN THE FISH, BUT TEACH HIM HOW TO FISH", as well as assisting Orphanages, Education, Health, special Agricultural Projects, Housing etc.etc.,and that's how we try to improve the Lifestyle of many Millions of needy Souls and families in groups of 5000 with 5 members each which is a long and arduos work outlined in our Project- Book of over 300 Pages, work of more then 5 Years, combined with the Great Assistance, and THANKS to the Effort of many Proffessionals having donated their Valuable Time and Knowledge ( Professors, Doctors, Engineers, Scientists, Teachers, Arquitects and many others, with the commun Goal to improve the existence of Living for so many in Need and Desire, but not having the Knowledge how to get started? Such is my chosen semi-retirement Activity full of Funn and exitement, like a Farmer watching his Cornfield grow, when he only had put in a few Kernels of Seeds in the Ground and knows that the many Corncubs will bring him a plentyfull Harvest, Time to enjoy and prepare for the next Season! And the same happens with Human beings, once you planted the Seed you will see an inmense continuation of success after success!!!
