Well, what about me? As compulsive as ever with my music & film obsession...Always searching for the next melody or clip that will lift me off my chair screaming "you've got to listen to/see this!". I find animals much more preferable to people, as unconditional loved ones. Happily married and removed from my formal self...older, fatter, and much less naive in the ways of the world. I cherish what I have and wax philisophical with my wife Amber, our American Cocker Bella, Ziggy the cat, Fenster and McManus the ferrets, and Skittles, the worlds oldest living guinea pig. A former Pacific Northwest resident, my seeds of content with Boston have rooted, and I am feverishly devoted to the Pats, Sox, Bruins, Celts and hell, even the Cannons (Lacrosse?)... After a deviant youth, a few years and a blurry stint on stage as singer (and later guitarist) for The Blaze Brigade, a Northwest rock/wave band(?) (and off the stage for 10 years as an indy/import buyer for a local record store), more recently music reviewer and writer for Status Magazine, and finally 4 great years writing for the sadly defunct PunkRocks.net (I probably reviewed your release and it was great), plus a number of drunken misguided attempts at being young again, I have finally come to realize my place in life. I now rifle through financials and spreadsheets as the Controller of a global alternative energy and biodiesel company; something I truly believe in and care about. I continue to search for that next song or film that I can share with my wife and all that are willing to listen; those "you gotta see/hear this" moments. As long as there are people out there to create...I will continue to watch and listen.
