About Me

"Flow's the illest... Clothes pressed, slow process, get freshhh and get out like Bettis! Not a Steeler but I'll steal ya, and yeah my So. Po niggas dissapear you like Amelia!" -- Braggadocio
It's lines like this that set Immaculate (aka Mac Smiff) apart from the rest of the hip-hop game. With his origins in the legendary underground group, Seventh Science, I's eclectic rap-style stands as a stronghold against the imminent decay of hip-hop. I defines Hip-Hop as the art of intelligent and enjoyable communication through rhymed speech, so in that regard, his skills and style are unmatched.
After a short hiatus following the unjust incarceration of his younger brother Luck Won, Mac and fellow Duble S member Young Sonny (aka Conciet) established the Hip-Hop duo Known Perfection. With a solid buzz behind songs such as "Ye Know", "Lyrical Murder" and "My Soul", Mac and Sonny founded KP Entertainment and reached out to the other members of Duble S.
But fate it's way of testing one's strength. On the last day of May 2007 Felipe Gonzalez (aka Flip, Seraph, Don Pedro), another member of Seventh Science, tragically lost his life in an early morning car accident. The loss of such an incredible friend hit harder and faster an NFL linebacker.
"We used to yell Duble S for life, then you passed. Now it's Duble S forever, son I can't forget the past." -- RIP Flip
From the loss of Flip, Mac Smiff inherited the hunger to hustle and inspire. Currently working on the long anticipated Known Perfection album, Mac is also scheduled to appear on various Portland area mixtapes and is working on a solo album where Sonny will primarily handle the production. Looking further down the road, Luck Won is scheduled for freedom in July 2008, and more projects will certainly be under way by next summer.
So, get down with the Duble S movement. This is something different; not your usual, run-of-the-mill underground hip-hop. Immaculate is bringing a new flavor that will remind you of the old school, but way more fresher.

Influences: My single greatest influence for hip-hop has always been MC Lucky Won Concious. He got me started in this rap thing and he's always been the driving force of Duble S. Other than that, I definitely take from Biggie Smalls, Tupac, Rakim, Hov, NaS, Big Boi, Scarface, Pun, and the Wu-Tang Clan.
