About Me

Myspace Layouts and SO much more from WhateverLife.com! ♥
whateverlife.com A native Texan, Jeff has been singing and performing in venues all across the world, most recently in Japan. Of the tens of thousands who auditioned for American Idol (R), he made it to the final group of 64 contestants, but was told "Your too Country." So 19-year old Jeff joined the Marines and is now serving his country abroad. But you can still own his music! He is on iTunes, Amazon, and Rhapsody. A CD of his own original music is now being recorded and will be available in early 2008. He has signed with Cerventis Records. Currently learning new songs for the original CD. Some of these songs are written my Mr. Slugger Morrisette. Slugger wrote the 1 hit "It's a little too late" released by Mark Chesnutt. Jeff is gaining the interest of many in the country music industry. His talents were recognized throughout his earlier years, winning many awards for his vocal talent. Singing in the Irving Texas High School touring Choir. Jeff's story will continue once he gets leave time from the Marines sometime in mid-January 2009. He will return to the states and record in Nashville, TN. While overseas he has been learning around 16 original songs that have been selected for him. His original CD will be a collection of "Real Country' sound. The kind of music to feed the soul. Beautiful ballots and great stories. Even a dedication to the hero's of the Viet-Nam war. Buy Jeff's CD online or look for it in retail stores. There's no reason that our next "American Country Star" can't be an enlisted Marine. He's already a star in my book. This guy will be singing regardless as to how far it takes him in this industry. I hope to get the word out so that you can enjoy his beautiful voice as much as I do Become a fan of this up and coming Recording Artist. Your support of Jeff as a singer and a Marine is very much appreciated. So spread the Word and say you heard him first!Go to WWW.JEFFREYSCOTTCORNISH.COM to order Jeff's CD.................Cd price is 12.50 plus shipping............better yet 2 for 15.00 this gets one CD for you and a second sent to a soldier who is stationed in a combat area. Band Members: Jeff Cornish
Influences: Music influences across the board. Brad Paisley, Tim Mc Graw and Toby Keith, Alan Jackson, Kenny Chesney, Jason Aldean, Dierks Bentley, Rascall Flatts, George Strait, JM Momtgomery and too many more to mention in the Country music field. Also likes Simple Plan and other top forty and pop singers. Really, the sky's the limit when it comes to influences. There are great singers and great songs in every region of music. Jeff loves it all but his Texas roots keep him a hard core country singer.
Sounds Like: Not east to say that Jeff sounds like any other artist in particular. influenced greatly by the styles of, Brad Paisley, Tim McGraw, John Michael Montgomery, Lonestar, Rascal Flatts singers of great emotion. Jeff's voice is a very smooth sound. He has a three octave range which gives a good variety to songs that he sings. They don't all sound the same. A lot of the females pick up on the sex appeal in his voice. That easy romantic sound full of passion. The passion coming from Jeff's great love of singing and entertaining. Each song he sings is sung from the heart and it really comes across in his sound.
