35 Year Veteran Audio Engineer Located in the Studio City, California area. Specialist in Mixing and Mastering music for CD, DVD, Film and Video Post. Mild mannered, but I know exactly how to get the job done when it comes to Audio. Two Grammy award winning singles with Jose' Feliciano, multi-platium DVD with The Who, Over 200 Surround Sound titles mastered to date. We have a very comfortable three room World Class Recording and Mastering studio. I have an affinity for the absolute best audio gear. Our SSL mix room has an SSL 6000 G+ console, both Studer Gold Line and Pro-Tools HD3. The Monitoring was built by George Auspberger, with some really insane cabinet construction. In my opinion, they are absolutely the finest sounding speakers ever made. 2" thick cabinets made from double laminated void free baltic birch, Jatoba wood horns (the same hardwood fine violins are made of) and 10kw rms of germanium transistor power. They weigh over 500 lbs each. We have the same monitoring in the mix studio and the mastering studio. On the mastering side of things, full Class A Analogue mastering is all we use. I build a lot of my gear myself, with generous thanks to Manley Labs for those tweaks you can't get anywhere else. When I'm not in music mode, I'm either with my son, out flying around, or gone fishing.
