Ahhhh can't believe summer is almost over, and a new school year is about to begin. I had an amazing summer, partying in NYC, catching up with friends, making new ones, and spent 2 wonderful weeks at DAYJAMS with my "joanne". It was amazing to work with such talented musicians, which totally broadened my interest in music beyond musical theater. I'm moving in less than a week from PA to MD/VA and getting very reflective. On the one hand I'm excited to be teaching at a better school and be wirh some amazing people, but on the other I'm sad to leave all that I know, my friends, vocal coach, and Bella (puppy I'm gonna try and find an apartment soon, so I can finally bring you down with me.) I'm so excited about the move and can't wait to be closer to my friends and make new friends as well. My loves include: warm summer nights, the smell of the beach, shopping, bars, singing, dancing, word jumbles, kissing, french fries, reading, crossword puzzles, and hanging out on the beach/pool. I like teaching poorer kids because I feel like they need you more than suburban kids who have loving supportive families. Also they appreciate you more, because they have less. I hate false promises, lateness, and mean people . I'm pretty outgoing and love meeting new people. I'm a total romantic, but I'm enjoying my independence now. I am totally enthralled and terrified at the idea of marriage at the same time.
