I'm looking for more in my life. I'm almost 20 years old and every day seems to pass by faster than the one before. I'm ready to start my life, to chase my dreams, to make this world feel like my own. I don't want to end up being 22 and have accomplished nothing besides a hundred college credit hours at school and a few various minimum wage jobs. I'm looking forward to spending a month in Africa this winter caring for abandoned baby Lions and Elephants. I want to feel the sun on my skin and dirt under my feet. I want to hear foreign words and strange birds. I want to see the night sky over a cityless landscape. I believe that every one of us can have the life they always wanted if they just take their fate into their own hands.
