I'm the Studio Hound for Steven Whyte's Sculpture Studio and Gallery in Carmel-by-the-Sea California.
I'm a 8 month old English Bulldog, I was born in Iowa (16th April 2007), my birth Mum and Dad are breeding pups back to how they were in the 1840's when they stopped Bull Baiting in England.After 1840 people started to breed English (or British) Bulldogs down in size, with more of a squished nose and bow, short legs. I'm slightly taller and I actually have a nose!My job is the studio is to meet and greet all the visitors, to give them a good sniff and bring them my toys. If they don't pet me I tell my Dad, Steven Whyte (he's a sculptor) and he doesn't let them buy any of his sculptures.
You should come by the studio in Carmel, CA, between 5th and 6th on Dolores Street. If you have lunch at Jack London's I'll be able to see you from the studio!
