About Me

The Dreams In Which I'm Dying
Are The Best I've Ever Had

I’m the girl that you are sure you have met before, but you can’t seem to remember my name. You will tell me I look like that girl’s sister’s friend who was visiting one summer back in '99, but I won’t have any idea to what you are referring because I’ve never been to Oklahoma.
Sometimes I'm lazy. Sometimes I stay up for three days making sure everything gets finished. I have a shopping addiction and I tend to talk too much. I'm the one person who laughs at a funeral to keep from crying. I wear my heart on my sleeve and I let people into my soul even if they don’t know the password. I daydream about San Diego and often laugh out loud in silent moments at the memories of some of my shenanigans. I love my friends to death and I’m thankful for every minute we've had together.
There are days when a piece of good European chocolate and a swig of honest to goodness Coca-Cola Classic are the ONLY two things that will put a smile on my face. Sometimes I take myself too seriously and need to be reminded that it’s just life. The roar of the ocean and a gentle breeze are among the top three of my all-time favorite things.
My love for shoes rivals that of Imelda Marcos.
Even though I own countless pairs of high-heels, I refuse to
wear them in public because they put me over 6 feet tall.
I'm a life member of the American Legion Axillary and a Red Cross Volunteer. I've got my red badge of courage and I wear it everyday.
I guess you could say I'm a little bit of a "do-gooder".
I have been back in the Central Valley for a little over a year now. I’m “adjusting”, but So Cal will always have my heart.
I’m making my escape in 2008. Who’s with me!?

Friggin' Awesome :)

So... I went to Old Navy today to return a sweater I'd ordered online and, as usual, I ended up looking around and thinking "Ooohhhh this would look nice in my closet!"   It's not like I rea...

I lied.

When I said being friends was good enough for me - I lied. When I said that I didn't care if you talked to other girls - I lied. When I said I wasn't looking for anything serious - I lied. W...

I don't understand it.

Driving home from So Cal last night I saw quite a few weird things, but the funniest of them all was this:  a white Honda Civic that was possibly more bondo than actual car with rims and other "s...

Do you ever?

Have you ever wished that you could erase someone from your memories even if that meant erasing some of the best moments of your life?
