Scarlet Vendetta was founded back in August 2007 by Saphira who is also the dance troupes choreographer. It consists of 5 other remarkably sexy and talented women: Dre, Sista Krista, Nicolette, Talia and Sierra. Based out of Tampa, Florida this playful group of girls is sure to knock you right off your feet.Individual Dancers Bio's:Michelle "SAPHIRA" has been known to light up the stage. A very spirited dancer she comes at you with full intensity and energy across the floor. Her funky hip style always intriques and leaves the audience wanting more. SAPHIRA is recognized for her entertaining choreographies and captures her audience with hypnotic moves. Although she loves her solo performances she also thrives on the connection she shares with her fellow burlesque troupe, Scarlet Vendetta and her belly dance troupe, Chymera. SAPHIRA has been dancing off and on for almost her entire life. She comes from a colorful background of dance featuring many different styles from jazz, lyrical, numerous forms and styles of belly dance, hip-hop, pop and now just recently the art of burlesque. Her quote would read, "I live to dance." It's her one true passion that makes her feel the most like herself.Currently, Saphira works as an IT Specialist in the gasoline industry, she's also been HAPPILY married since Oct. 2002Natalia "TALIA" has been performing since a very young age. Though she did not perform professinally in her youth, she always participated in acting, singing, and dancing groups throughout her school years. In 2004 she auditioned for and became a member of the Sesen Middle Eastern Dance Company, under the direction of Madrina. Talia has influence from all types of music; dance, funk, jazz, and hip hop just to name a few. She has a passion for the arts, referring to it as her "passion" and "calling" And as she she continues her journey to become an actress, she will definitely be dancing all along the way!Andrea "DRE" is a 27 yr. old nursing student who loves to dance. Growing up she took ballet, tap, jazz, cheerleading and was on her high school dance/color guard team. She has lived in the Tampa area all of her life and has been HAPPILY married since Oct. 2003. Scarlet Vendetta is a way for her to keep dancing as an adult and to have fun performing with her girlfriends. "I am so happy my bestfriend Michelle "Saphira" started SV, we have so much fun thinking of new ideas and future performances."Krista "Sista Krista" has been dancing her whole life. She took classes as a young girl, jazz, tap, ballet, and ballroom, she also cheered for her school. Krista enjoys working out and taking classes at her local YMCA but, besides dancing in clubs, hasnt danced much since high school. She is honored to have the chance to be a part of Scarlet Vendetta. Not only is it a creative outlet to dance but also to put together costumes. Krista loves being creative by doing hair and make-up as well. If she hadnt gone to school for nursing she would have done something in cosmetology, fashion, or personal training. Krista says that the best part of Scarlet Vendetta is being a part of something thats fun, with girls that she loves. "It allows us to be the beautiful, sexy women that we are!" Nicole “Nicolette” is one of Scarlet Vendetta’s original members. Since she started dancing with SV she’s felt a much stronger, comforting relationship with each one of her fellow dance members and looks forward to their evenings together making fun, lasting memories. She loves being with an amazing group of women who are some of her closest friends. Dancing, has given Nicolette a positive outlet to turn to and a bond with these ladies that she will cherish forever. Besides dance, she finds interest in fashion, shopping, traveling, loves lazy Sunday’s watching movies, reading and going to Siesta Key with friends. Currently, Nicolette works for an Ad Agency and is engaged to her wonderful fiancé, Chris. They share an adorable dog that she loves very much named Fritz. Nicolette’s mother is a huge inspiration for her, her constant guidance and wisdom has made Nicolette the woman she is today. “I dream to be Super Woman one day and juggle a full time career and family successfully!”Sara "Sierra" our newest member, joined the group this past May 2008 and has been a wonderful inspiration since. Sara is a 27 year old liscensed Optician who helps run her family's business. She spent 14 years of her life training and competing in Ballet, Tap, Jazz and Lyrical. She later moved on to cheerleading for her high school, but dancing is her true passion. She is a Tampa native who loves to travel. She was recently married in February 2008. She is truly thrilled to be a part of Scarlet Vendetta.
