Born in Atlanta,GA , 18 year old Rodney "ROD" Smith never thought he would become a rapper until linking up with Maine in the summer of 06. It was from that point that they had a master plan. One year later they then linked up with J burna and formed the group " Black Congress". The group has lots of members all share the same passion for Hip-Hop. Now Black Congress is the new movement in Broward County with mixtapes and an Album in the works from J burna, Maine has a hit single " Im a Star" and Rod is featured on multiple songs but his single is still pending. . . . .
