I am falling in love with the musicians, school teachers, social justice workers and wisdom seekers of L.A. The best thing about my first year in L.A. has been meeting friendly helpful DJ's, and people who want to have fun making a better world. My dj names are DrWh0 and Johnny Poindeckster. I can't believe how much I love playing music for people, and now I see how my decades of listening to hip hop and jazz all led to this moment. Thank you Scratch Academy, Taia, Fidel, Orator...all y'all :) I grew up in Toronto, went to college in NJ in the Golden Age of hip hop, and have lived in London, Sao Paulo, Vancouver, and SF (415!) before coming to L.A. last year.
