As I stated previously, I love books, movies, music, my friends and family, and people in general. I think that I'm a fairly laid back kind of gal, and I'm up for just about anything. I'll try most things at least once, or so I tell myself. I'm a big fan of social interaction, so I tend to go out a lot! I suppose that I'm a bit of a social butterfly.
I'm also a pretty big sports fan (hockey, football, basketball, baseball, etc.). My true sports passion is hockey. I'll drop everything to watch the Wings. I would never say no to a cup of coffee, either.

People, in general.. I like to meet people with the same, or dissimilar, interests as me. I believe that it's our differences, not our similarities that make the world an interesting place. Otherwise, it would be incredibly mundane and boring.

You Are Guinness
You know beer well, and you'll only drink the best beers in the world.
Watered down beers disgust you, as do the people who drink them.
When you drink, you tend to become a bit of a know it all - especially about subjects you don't know well.
But your friends tolerate your drunken ways, because you introduce them to the best beers around.
What's Your Beer Personality?
You Are A Romantic Realist
You tend to be grounded when it comes to romance.
Sure, you can fall hard... but only for someone you've gotten to know.
And once you're in love, you can be a total romantic goofball...
But you'd never admit it to your friends!
Are You Romantic or Realistic?
Coldplay, Pearl Jam, Concrete Blonde, Snow Patrol, Keane, The Killers, and the Beatles (along with everything else on my iPod).
Depending on the genera, my favorite movies vary. My fall back movie is Casablanca. I love old black-and-white films, film noir, action, sci-fi, drama, comedy.... Well, you get the idea.

I love CSI (all of them), Heroes, My Boys, My Name Is Earl, Grey's Anatomy, The Simpsons, and The Family Guy. I love watching sports (Go Wings!), then Sports Center afterwords.
Anything that I can get my hands on. One of my favorites is "Memoirs of a Geisha". I'm currently reading "Anna Karenina", which is the classic novel that I've chosen to try and get through this summer. And of course all of the "Harry Potter and the..." series. Any suggestions on a new book would be appreciated.
Sounds cheesy, but my heroes are my family. They are the most wonderful, mixed up group of people on the planet, and yet we all seem to be able to get along. I think that my cousin Ian said it best at his wedding, "I don't love my family because I have to. I love them because I want to. There isn't a member of my family that I wouldn't want to hang out with, and be with". I feel the same way.
