"I'll leave you tonight with a new band who are just putting out their debut e.p. at the end of the month... an interesting mix of stuff with a groove deep enough to hide a tank in.. see what you make of this... did I say ascension day? The lift only goes one way...down...Electric Mistress - Life's a Bitch.....oooooh yes please!!" – Bruce Dickinson, Iron Maiden on his Friday Rock Show on BBC Radio 6 – Friday 11th July 2008
“I looked at the cover and thought ‘oh god that’s gonna be so good’....I got really excited thinking that it might be a new glam rock band but its not, its actually really metal... when I heard it I think I completely changed my mind on whether they were glam or not – then I changed my mind back again, then I thought they were rock, then I thought they were metal, then actually they’re a bit of everything but I REALLY like it...I think they’re really rather good!! – Thelka, Total Rock Radio
“The bastard sons of Pantera and Down†– Alex Baker, Kerrang Radio
"Considering that this is self-produced, the band have done a pretty good job of showcasing the fairly obvious talent they have and, in singer Mark Foster, they have a vocalist of considerable ability, with more than a tinge of a metalised Vince Neil about his delivery. The songs definitely have a Metallica influence about them, but they are certainly no cloned wannabes and In The Game is more than enough to rouse the curiosity to see what a full length album with full-on production would sound like.â€
Definitely to be filed under the “Ones To Watch†category." - Paul Williams, Hardrockhouse.com
