Too many to list..........!!! But I might as well start trying to. * Music. Both listening to it, playing/creating it (I'm a bass player and a singer), and rocking out live shows on stage. * Snowboarding. I have been riding for 16 years and was an instructor at Vail Resort, Colorado. I got hit by a car recently so my back is f%*ked up so I can't ride right now. But next season I will be on the slopes every chance I get. *skateboarding, horseback riding, wake boarding, skydiving, scuba diving, all sorts of diving....man there are so many to list and I just don't have the time right now.
People....all sorts. I have more recently began to consider that question: "Who would I like to meet and what makes up their persona?" I find that almost everyone has a "story". Some people are opened and willing to share their "story", some take some serious teeth pulling, and a few others that are truly "storyless". I find all the situations interesting...and sometimes the lack of a "story" is the most incredible thing of all. To live so long and do nothing takes a particular type of soul. So again...I want to me PEOPLE...all sorts.
There was a point, working in the A&R department at a major record label here in L.A., that I was this guy..."I'm looking for hit songs that are radio ready."...However, having left the big crumbling machine for a more progressive, organic, and grassroots oriented company, my audio philosophy has changed. I want to work in the "MUSIC" business not the "RECORD" business. I could go on for hours but that's just too much to type. Music, to me, is best discussed over a beverage or two...or three...or...Ok I'll stop.
