Lets try to make this short and sweet...I love to be outdoors: camping, swimming, boating, skiing (water and snow!), most sports, shopping (my poor checkbook!), going out for drinks with friends (my poor liver!)
As for celebrities, there are quite a few. But lets just focus on who I DONT want to meet...anyone! I'm not here to look for "the one." I dont want to start an online relationship, and I really dont need anymore friends. If I dont know you and have not meet you, you are wasting your time sending me friend requests or messages. You are not going to be approved and you are not going to get a reply. Save your fingers some work and move onto someone else!
Its so hard to state just one genre of music that I prefer, because I really do listen to just about every kind of music. I love country (yes there is country music in Michigan!), some rap and R&B (Eminem, of couse...along with D12, Ludacris, 112, Missy Elliot, Lil' Kim, Mary J. Blige), LOVE 80's rock (I will admit I am a fan of the "hair bands," who could not love Bon Jovi and Warrant????), Metallica, Godsmack, Nirvana, Nine Inch Nails, Disturbed, Rob Zombie (can someone say GORGEOUS?????) and of course, Nickleback...my all time favorite band.
Okay, we could be here for a while, but I will try to keep it short. My all time favorite movie is Gone With The Wind followed closely by Pirates of the Carribean. Face/Off, Chicago, Pratical Magic, Swingers, Dogma, Chasing Amy, Mallrats, Nothing to Lose, Fast and the Furious, Gone in 60 Seconds, 8 Milimeter, American History X, Joy Ride, Me Myself and Irene, Fight Club, Set it Off, The Wedding Planner, Monster in Law, The Notebook, all the Friday's, Coyote Ugly, Gangs of New York, Office Space, Spaceballs, G.I. Jane, A Bronx Tale, Scarface, all the Godfather movie, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, Any Given Sunday, Van Wilder, Carlito's Way, Road House, Legends of the Fall, Nick of Time, Whats Eating Gilbert Grape, Secret Window, the Original Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Dumb and Dumber, Braveheart, Confidence, House of 1000 Corpses, Dawn of the Dead, Way of the Gun, Cruel Intentions, Legally Blonde 1 & 2, Donnie Brasco, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Blow, Trainspotting, Finding Nemo, Shreck, Peter Pan, Bad Boys 1 & 2...and so many many more!!
I really dont get around to watching that much television, but when I do its usually when I find a channel that is playing one of my hometown teams (Tigers, Pistons, Redwings....and *sigh* even the Lions), Nip/Tuck and various movies that come on tv that allow me to kill some time before I go to work or school.
Hard to believe, and yes I will admit it...I am a HUGE bookworm. I love to read and will read just about anything. "Devil Wears Prada," "Memoirs of a Geisha," "Da Vinci Code" "Angels and Demons" "The Black Dahlia" "Gone With The Wind" as well as books by John Grisham, Tom Clancy, Michael Connelly, Stephen King, Sylvia Brown, and too many more to list!
Heroes can be anyone in our lives...they can be our parents for striving to give us better lives than they have lived, they can be that grandparent who made such an impact on our lives before being taken away, or the best friend who grew up quickly and made the choice to start a family, the person who kicked a health damaging addiction and began to live a full-filled life. Heroes arent just the people we strive to be. a
