About Me

I am originally from Wayne, IL. I am back in Wayne once again and even though it's great to be back in Chicago- I miss Colorado, specifically Durango! Some of the greatest people in my life have come out of there. They have not only helped me become who I am today, but many of my dearst friends have come out of there. It's very different getting used to being in Chicago once again, but I know that with the great friends I have made over the years, things will definitely turn out alright!I am your average, not so average girl. I am 5'4, English-education major with a minor in theater. I love hanging out with friends doing fun things. I do not drink or smoke, but regarless, I like to go out with friends either to bars, clubs, movies, or wherever. I'm currently 24 years old and have been out of school since April 2007. I am 100% Lithuanian and love every bit of it. I have a few best friends in this world who I miss dearly, but thankfully I know they plan to keep in contact because as someone once said to me- "It's not a goodbye, we will see each other soon!" My Interests

I like to play ultimate frisbee. I also like to read books that I can choose on my own. I also like, skiing, sledding, taking walks, spending time with family, great friends, and the pets at home. I have close friends who I love to spend time with when I can. My closest and dearest friends know who they are and know how much they mean to me... at least I truly hope so!

I'd like to meet:

My best, closest, and dearest friends in 10 years after we've all gone in different directions for a little while and know, truly know, that we are still such good friends... knowing it was all worth it in the end. I'd like to meet people who have made a difference in someone elses life, and know it.

ANYTHING by Ellen Hopkins- she's the best writer ever! Sarah Dessen is also a very good writer! I've read many others that I've also very much enjoyed.

Heroes:

My family, my best friends for the things they are not afraid to stand up for with what they truly believe in, and people who are not afraid to take a risk for the truly important things!I consider a hero to also be someone who is willing to get out there and face the realities of life... those who are not afraid to volunteer and help the less fortunate. For example, everyone who was willing to go to New Orleans and help the Katrina victims.
