29 years ago...Jesus saved me, healed me, delivered me, and filled me, with the Holy Spirit. I will forever praise Him and thank Him! No matter what comes my way. I shall not fear for I know He is with me. No weapon formed against me shall prosper because, I have the full protection of the blood of Jesus and that is all the armor I need!
I come from a large blended family. I've been married twice...My first marriage sadly failed after 18 years. My former husband and I raised 2 boys together and they have turned out to be wonderful men...in spite of us-LOL. They now each have 2 beautiful children their own. I'm happily 12 years into my second marriage. My husband, Kory and I have no children together and Kory has no children of his own. I've been riding motorcycles on and off most of my life... I am a member of the Harley Owners Group (1989-2009) JCC-MRG Jubilee Christian Center-Motorcycle Riding Group in San Jose, CA> I also enjoy boogie boarding, snorkeling~,~Football S.F. 49ers~, ~Baseball S.F. Giants~, horseback riding, and gardening. I've lived in the Silicon Valley most of my life. I'm now very happily retired here in the Silicon Valley, Sunnyvale.
Prayer for 2009
As the dawn breaks on a new year, let us give thanks for all we hold dear: our health, our family and our friends.
Let us release our grudges, our anger and our pains, for these are nothing but binding chains. Let us live each day in the most loving ways, the God-conscious way. Let us serve all who are in need, regardless of race, color or creed.
Let us keep God of our own understanding in our hearts and to chant God's name each day. Let us lead the world from darkness to light, from falsehood to truth and from wrong to right.
Let us remember that we are all one, embracing all, discriminating against none.
May your year be filled with peace, prosperity and love. May God's blessings shower upon you and bestow upon each of you a bright, healthy and peaceful new year.
